Bonded is the Union's purpose-developed bar and is situated on the south side of the River Wear, just down from the Quayside Exchange and adjacent to Pann's Bank and Scotia Quay Halls of Residence.

The Union organises regular events at The Bonded, with recent examples being a Guitar Hero night, a Wii Sports night, a talent competition and a series of pub quizzes. We can even host your birthday party for you, with a catering service if required.
The food and drinks are at student-friendly prices and there's even a 1 O'Clock license for those late night parties. There's also the usual range of crisps and snacks to keep you going through the night.

The bar is open from 5pm during the week and midday on the weekend, with a big screen for all your football needs. There's also a FREE pool table in the lounge downstairs and an outdoor patio.
We also have a barbecue outside, so when the nicer weather comes around, why not get a group of mates together and chuck some burgers on.
Befriend us on Facebook or MySpace and we'll keep you informed about upcoming events.
